This sort of response from the developer tells me that if I were to purchase the software or recommend it to someone else, I would not be able to expect much from the developer if there ever were any problems. The developer's response was the same "make sure you enter the right code," which totally ignores the user's question as to "where" to enter the code.
Several user's comments asked "where" to enter the registration code. Even though there were comments indicating success, there were many comments of users having problems, and worse still was the same exact message from the developer for any issue. I was hopeful that AweColone would be what it advertises but there were too many comments about this software that scares me from trying it. Disk cloning/duplication can be a stressful moment, especially when you need it.
